If you wanted to describe Adriano Latini, you would not be able to get around the characteristic “conscientious”. You might think that means accuracy and precision – and that would be right. You could also link it to a sense of responsibility – and that would be right.

The first might lie in the technical training as mechanical engineer that Adriano completed before his finance studies. The second quite certainly lies in that he sees “Cause and Effect” not only (finance) technically, but much more in human terms. “Although I wrote my graduate thesis at the Hochschule Liechtenstein on Private Banking, I had to think for quite some time about how I define Private Banking for myself. I combed through any number of job specifications for Private Banking Advisors and I was almost shocked.  Not one word about time and appreciation with regard to the customer, rather quite the contrary.
